24fresh blackberries
1banana
30ice cubes
2heaping spoons of fresh, raw, honey
3 tablespoonsmilk
1 cupyoghurt

Add all ingredients to a blender

Blend until smooth

Enjoy!

For honey substitute: 4 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon very warm water, 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup (warm). Mix all together!
