Ingredients

  1. Yam(peeled and cut into chunks)
  2. Medium onion
  3. Cray fish
  4. Palm oil
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Seasoning
  7. Ugwu
  8. Roasted fish
  9. Scotch bonnet

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour yam and onions in a pot

  2. 2

    Add water to cover the yam

  3. 3

    Start cooking at medium heat

  4. 4

    Once yam is soft add Cray fish, seasoning, scotch bonnet, salt, palm oil and roasted fish

  5. 5

    Cover the pot and continue cooking for 8 minutes

  6. 6

    Stir the yam, add ugwu and put down pot from fire
