In one pan heat the ghee.

Add potatoes and onions,peas in mix.

Fry for 5 minutes.

Add other ingredients salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, haldi powder, maggi masala.

Cook for 4-5minutes on low flame.

Add 2 cup water.

When water started boiling add maggi mixture.

When water in dry maggi is ready to eat.
