Ingredients: 1/4 cup thick yogurt; 1 cucumber chopped; 2 medium tomatoes chopped; 1 onion chopped; 1 carrot grated; Some Coriander and mint leaves chopped; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp chat masala and pinch of black pepper powder

Take a bowl and put all the chopped veggies in the bowl.add curd and mix well.

Sprinkle chat masala, black pepper powder and salt.mix well

Garnish with coriander and mint leaves. A healthy curd salad is ready for summer
