Pistachio almond ghee halwa cake

Preheat the oven 180°c. Keep ready 6 silicon molds ready on baking try

Take a bowl add suji, condensed milk, almond flour, ghee, hot water, pistachio, mix well untill mixed

Divide between molds.

Bake for approximately 30 min. Or until firm to touch and spongy

In mean time make a lime syrup. Place a sugar and water in sauce pan. Bring to boil. Switch off the flame. Add lime juice allow to cool.

Assemble :demold the still warm cake and poke with wooden toothpick.

Place the cake in the shellow plate and pour the syrup over the cake. They will absorb the syrup while rest pool around. Shake to distribute the syrup. Leave the cake in fridge for about one or two hr. While this time they will have absorb all the sugar syrup.

Garnish with some rose petals. Serve as dessert in festival day.
