Steps

Wash the back of your potatoes, to avoid stains when peeling

Now peel off the back or skin and rinse

Cut into desired shapes and sizes and soak in water

In your clean, dry pan, pour in oil and some chopped onions for aroma

Sieve out onion once the oil is hot

Now, drain your potato and add in pinch of salt

Pour into your hot oil

Once it’s starting to brown like this👇

Sieve out

Serve warm to enjoy😋😋😋, i ate mine with green chilies, onions and tomato sauce🤤🤤
