  • Jajjage
  • Spinach
  • Spices
  • Seasonings
  • Eggs
  • Veg oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and diced into pieces

  2. 2

    Boil till soft sieve aside

  3. 3

    Heat the veg oil and fry the jajjage

  4. 4

    Add the spinach, boiled potatoes spices, seasoning and stir

  5. 5

    Add the eggs

  6. 6

    Mixed well

  7. 7

    When its done, turn off the heat and serve
