Ingredients

10minutes
10 servings
  • 1 cupmashed paneer
  • 1/2 cupkhoya
  • 2 tbspcrushed grapes
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1 pinchgreen cardamom powder
  • Some halved grapes for garnish

Steps

10minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan.

  2. 2

    Add ghee.

  3. 3

    Add mashed paneer,khoya,crushed grapes,sugar,cardamom powder.

  4. 4

    Cook until the mixture comes out from the side of the pan in a medium low flame.

  5. 5

    Put it on a greased plate evenly.

  6. 6

    Cool it.

  7. 7

    Cut into squares.

  8. 8

    Garnish with some grapes,halved.
