Ingredients

  • Grated tomato, pepper and onion
  • Egg
  • Cubeseasoning
  • Salt
  • Veg oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add veg oil to a pan and heat, add grated tomato, pepper and onion, fry till the water from the tomato drains out bringing out the oil, add cube seasoning

  2. 2

    Break egg to a bowl and add salt, whisk

  3. 3

    Pour the egg content to the tomato sauce and stir continuously until it is done.
