My kids love it when ever i say “ohh we are having pancakes”they keep peeking through the kitchen to ask if am done 🙄but Dey love it so much.., I try different recipes but this stood out best.

2 cupsAP Flour
1/4 cupsugar
4 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspbaking soda
1egg
1 1/2 cupmilk
2 tspvanilla
1/4 cupmelted butter

Mix your sugar, baking powder,baking soda,flour set aside

Melt butter make a well in the middle of flour pour in egg,butter,sugar and milk with vanilla, mix till smooth you might see some tiny lumps that’s ok

Use a 1/4 cup to scoop batter into your frying pan or skillet ensure your pan was hot and then reduce heat to medium, to allow pancakes cook through

I like to have mine with a honey drizzle
