Ingredients

  1. 1 cupkuttu aata
  2. 1banana
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 2Makhana
  5. 1 table spoonpista
  6. 1 table spoonElachi powder
  7. 1 table spoonbadam
  8. 1 tea spoonkesar water
  9. 1 1/2 tbsp Saffron water
  10. As neededGhee

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take a pan put on the gas stove, at medium flame add one and half table spoon of ghee.

    When it heated, put kuttu aata, at medium low flame cook it upto ten minutes.

    When aata changes it colors, then understand it cooked then put two cups of water, sugar and add mashed banana.

    Then add kesar water (eight to ten kesar thread in one fourth of cup of water for yellow colour) and Elachi powder.

    Then make thick lumps and switch off the gas flame, and keep out into serving bowl, and presented with, Makhana, pista and badam.
