  1. Meat
  2. Oregano
  3. Seasoning
  4. Onions
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic
  7. Scotch bonnet
  8. Cucumber (sliced)
  9. Tomatoes (sliced)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the meat and put in a clean pot, add the ingredients and allow to cook until tender

  2. 2

    Heat some oil in a pan and fry the meat

  3. 3

    In a pan, add little oil, grated scotch bonnet, onions, curry, seasoning and the fried meat and fry for a few minutes

  4. 4

    Garnished with tomatoes and cucumber
