Smoked paneer in the spicy greavy

Take paneer,put it in a bowl.

Add curd, turmric powder 1 pinch,mix it very well.spread it on paneer.

Keep it a side for 15 miniutes.

Now take a pan pour oil,let it hot.

Add ginger, Garlic saute it.

Add onion Fry it pink.add tomato pure cook it 2 miniutes..add sugar.

Add all powdered spices,mix it.add some water & cook it 2 miniutes.

Add milk, almond paste, fennal powder,mix it.let it boil 1 miniute.

Add salt,Green chilli.mix it.

Take a grill or ordinary pan put all merinated paneer in it.sprinkle some drope of oil in it.

Take a peice of coal,put it on the flame.make it hot.

Put 1 drope of Ghee, & 1 clove in it.

Now smoking all merinated paneer 1 miniute in it.

Put all smoked paneer in the prepared greavy.add 1 cup of water for the greavy.cook it 1 miniute.

Cook it 2 or 3 mimiutes in it.remove it from the flame.

Serve it in a serving platter.

Garnish it with coriander leaf,chilli.

It will go very well with naan,or laccha paranthe.
