Steps

First we cook daal in the cooker,add salt and turmeric powder and do 5 to 6 whistles on the slow flame.

Now put it one side and cool down in room temperature.

Now take a pan,add oil and jeera.

Add tomato puree and ginger garlic paste. Cook it and stir as well.

Now add red chilli powder, chat masala and lemon juice. Turn off the gas.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
