Ingredients

  • 2 cupsSona masoori raw rice
  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • 1 cupshredded coconut
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Yeast preparation
  • 1/2 cuplukewarm water
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/4 tspyeast
  • After fermentation
  • Water
  • 4 tbspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Let yeast get activated with half cup of water and 1tbsp of sugar. Soak raw rice for 4-5 hours

  2. 2

    Grind all the ingredients now

  3. 3

    Ferment for 8 hours.
