Sweet rose shaped breakfast bun

Take all purpose flour in a bowl. Add salt, sugar and yeast to it. Mix well. Add the whisked egg and mix with a wooden spoon. Now add the milk and mix till well combined. Add the butter and mix well. The dough will be very soft and sticky.

Grease a bowl with oil and place the dough in it. Cover and let it proof for one hour in a warm place.

After one hour dust your working surface with little flour and place the dough on it. Mix it together to form a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into 32 balls. You need 4 balls for one rose bun. Roll out 4 balls and stack them overlapping each other. Cut along the diameter so that you get 8 semi circles in sets of 4. Roll 4 semi circles to get a rose shape. Place on the other stack of 4 and roll again to get more petals. Prepare other flowers in a similar way.

Grease a muffin tray and place the rose buns in them. Cover and let them proof for another 15 minutes. Brush some egg over the buns and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
