Steps

Peel the papaya and cut and mash or grate pieces.

Cook papaya in milk till all milk dries.

Add khoya and ghee.
- 4
Cook continuously till it leaves the side of wall.
- 5
Add sugar, cardamom powder and cook it become thik and leaves the side of wall.
- 6
Now set in muffin mould.
- 7
On cooling de mould and garnish with dry fruits.
- 8
Burfi is ready.
