Ingredients

  1. 5-6potatoes
  2. 3-4capsicum
  3. 2-3tomatoes chopped
  4. 2green chilli
  5. 2onion finally chopped
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. as neededoil
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspturneric powder
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potato and capsicum in long pieces.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add oil and heat it and add cumin seeds and crackle it.

  3. 3

    Now put chopped potatoes and capsicum in it and saute for 3-4 min.

  4. 4

    Then put all dry spices and mix well.

  5. 5

    Cook untill potato get soft.

  6. 6

    Now it's ready.
