Mango jelly pudding
Steps

Mix water and agar agar in a pan now switch on the gas and keep stirring the mixture.

Now add the mango pulp and mix. Keep stirring till it comes to boil or till the mixture lightly thickens.

Now switch off the flame and stir it again till it comes to room temperature.

Pour the mixture into mould and refrigerate for 2 - 3 hrs.

Now after that demould the jelly and enjoy.
