Ingredients

  • 2 cupsMaida and wholewheat aata mixed together
  • Potato boiled mashed 3 medium
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspChilli flakes
  • Coriander seeds crushed half tsp
  • 1 tspChast masala
  • Dhania cut finely half cup
  • Tamrind pulp 2 tbsp or Khatai powder 1 tsp

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all da spices in mashed potatoes

  2. 2

    Knead paratha dough well

  3. 3

    First make two parathas take one

  4. 4

    Put filling and cover with another one

  5. 5

    Seal da sides properly

  6. 6

    Fry on slow heat

  7. 7

    Flip da sides gently till golden brown
