Heat oil in a large skillet, and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Wait till crackle then add hing.

Now add spoonful of onion and wait for seconds, now add chopped potatoes and saute for a few seconds. Then add all dry spices with salt and mix well. Add 450-500ml water and simmer for 4-5 mins.

Then add Maggie noodles (with break from middle or whole) and mix well. Simmer for a min then add carrot and cook for 2 mins. Then add tomato, onion and capsicum. Now cook for more 1 min.

Now Maggie would be cooked perfectly and veggies too. Now turn off the heat and add butter and mix well.

Serve hot with cold drinks or juices.
