Ingredients

  1. 1 cupragi flour
  2. 1/2 cupoats
  3. 8-10 tbspghee
  4. 1 tspcardamom powder
  5. As requiredGrated jaggery
  6. 1/4 cupchopped cashews

Cooking Instructions

    In a non stick pan dry roast the oats. Let it cool and grind into a fine powder.

  2. 2

    In a non stick pan heat ghee and roast the ragi flour stirring continuously for 8-10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the oats flour and cook further for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Once this mixture cools down slightly add grated jaggery as per your taste, cardamom powder and chopped cashews and mix well.

  5. 5

    Grease your palms with ghee and make laddoos and store in a air tight container.
