Chicken Bread Roll

Biol the chicken, and shred the pcs. Put salt and sugar according to taste.Add chopped capsicum. Add Paprika powder to taste, then pepper powder. Add mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Mix together properly. Lastly add the grated Cheese and mix lightly. Keep aside.

Now mix the flour with oil,sugar and salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well. Add the egg, again mix. Now add milk slightly and make a soft dough.Need for 15 minutes. Once the dough is ready and soft, cover and keep for 1/2 to 1 hour.

Heat an OTG at 180°c.Now take the dough, and make into 2 parts.Take one part, and roll out the dough into a thin round shape. Add the chicken mixture on one side of the dough,like a cylindrical shape. Brush the sides with milk.Now roll the entire flour mix slowly, like a cylinder. Tap the edges and seal properly. Now cut the roll into pcs, of ur choice. Do the same, with the other part of the dough.

Take a tray and brush with oil.Place the rolls on it.Brush all the rolls with milk.Now put it in the OTG, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it becomes golden in colour. When slightly cool,serve will ur choice of salad or ketchup, or mustard also.A very filling item for breakfast.
