Ingredients

  • Flour (u can use wheat flour also)
  • a pinchSalt
  • 1 tbspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Kneed dough by adding salt and 1 tbsp Banaspati ghee. Rest it for 2 hours atleast.

  2. 2

    Now roll the dough and make rough roti spread ghee on it and dust off flour on it. Now layered it as shown in the picture and the roll. Rest it for 10 mints then make paratha on medium flame.
