Standard Chinese-style Stir-fried Egg and Tomatoes Standard Chinese-style Stir-fried Egg and Tomatoes
I always make this dish, so my hands remembers how to make it.Caution:1) This dish is delicious seasoned simply with salt and tomatoes, so don't add other ingredients or vegetables or it'll mess up the dish. If you don't like the tartness of tomatoes, half the amount of tomatoes.2) Use salt and pepper if you don't have ground Sichuan pepper powder.1) Peel the tomatoes (tip at Recipe ID : 851662).2) Use slightly more salt than usual to bring out the tartness of the tomatoes. Adjust the amount of salt depending on the tomato size. You can add water to the stir-fry so it becomes soupy. Recipe by Beru cookpad.japan -

Gypsy Sauce for Wienerschitzel Gypsy Sauce for Wienerschitzel
Very tasty...can be added right to schnitzel and other breaded meat dishes and even with steak. The peppers and green onions enhance flavor. I let the sauce cook on low heat for at least 30 minutes. kevinwinterborn -
Fried Hanpen Nuggets Fried Hanpen Nuggets
I came up with these since I wanted some kind of hanpen bento item.My four-year-old loves these so much and gets really excited when I made them.Pounding them evenly will make it easier to get a nice round shape. If the lumps are too big, the batter will clump up and not come out smoothly.Alternatively, you can squeeze out an appropriate amount, roll it into a ball, press it flat, then fry. It's a very versatile recipe. Try in a variety of ways, like adding cheese, shiso leaves, edamane, or sesame seeds. It might also be good with a bit of katakuriko potato starch to give it a chewy texture.Be careful not to use too much salt. Recipe by Aozoranotukisama cookpad.japan -
Japanese-style Omelette with Natto and Cream Cheese Japanese-style Omelette with Natto and Cream Cheese
I love natto and cream cheese together. So, I tried folding them inside some soft eggs to make an omelette. The resulting dish was delicious as it was mildly flavored overall thanks to the eggs.I think you only need the saltiness of the natto sauce, Japanese mustard, and the cream cheese to season the omelette. For best results, use a decent amount of green onions and bonito flakes. Try making an omelette with your usual frying pan a few times to get the hang of it. I initially failed at making omelets, too. Now, it falls apart only on some occasions, and I fix it later when it happens. Recipe by milketmoi cookpad.japan
