A refreshing dessert for hot days. We had leftover agar powder, and the kids wanted an activity, so we made jelly again.

Boil the milk and add the sugar until it dissolves. Then add the agar powder and stir until fully dissolved.

Once dissolved, divide into two pots. Add the red syrup to one pot and stir well. In the other pot, add the Milo powder, heat gently, and stir until combined. Then pour into molds.

Let the jelly set, and you can chill it in the fridge. It's very delicious.
