Ingredients

  • 1 Cupsemolina
  • 2 &1/2Cups warm water
  • 1/2 tablespoondry yeast
  • 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 1/2 tablespoonbaking powder
  • 2 &1/2cups warm water

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    In your blender combine water, yeast, flour, semolina, salt until all ingredients well mix blend it til it becomes soft and very smooth

    Next add baking powder to the blender and blend again it will takes time, main is how to blend the perfect batter then put to the container for thirty minutes to rise,

    After thirty minutes, the batter should be thin and not thick as usual as pancake

  4. 4

    Heat the pan over medium heat about one ladle ful batter to the pan small holes appear all over the batter, continue cooking there is no uncooked portion on the surface,

  5. 5

    Particularly take two minutes then put to the plate, no flip is needed, tasty bhaghrir is ready
