Steps

1. Wash rice and soak for 20 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
2. Heat ghee in pan add ginger garlic paste. Saute till raw smell goes off.
3. Add all the vegetables. Saute for a while.

4. Now add garam masala and salt.
5. Add 2 cups of water. Close with lid and cook till rice done. You can prepare in pressure or rice cooker according to wish.
6. Serve hot with any curry as your wish.
