Steps

1. Wash rice and soak for 20 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
2. Heat ghee in pan add all the ingredients under "to season" except cashews. Once done add sliced onions. Add green chilli and ginger garlic paste.
3. Add all the vegetables. Saute for a while.

4. Now add turmeric powder, garam masala and biryani masala. Add salt. Add vegetable stock. saute a bit.
5. Add 3 cups of water. Close with lid and cook till rice done. You can prepare in pressure or rice cooker according to wish. Finally add lemon juice and fried cashews.
6. Serve hot with onion raita.
