Ingredients

  • For kababs:
  • 1/2 kgBeef mince
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspBlackpepper
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • Bread slice soaked in milk 1
  • Onion 1small sized
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • For butter rice:
  • 1 cupRice basmati
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupButter
  • For serving:
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 1Onion
  • 3Green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped all the ingredients of kababs and.mix them very well

  2. 2

    Make a long kababs n fry it on tawa.

  3. 3

    Make a plain rice and add butter in it.

  4. 4

    Serves it with toasted tomatoes onion.rings and green chillies and raita.
