Nachos with Ground Beef, Chorizo, and Cheese

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the chorizo in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. You don't need to add extra oil since it releases its own fat.
- 2
Once the chorizo is lightly cooked, add the ground beef and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- 3
Blend the tomatoes with a small amount of water, then add the mixture to the beef and chorizo. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes to season. Add a little salt, but not too much, since the tortilla chips are already salty.
- 4
Once the tomato mixture is well seasoned with the meat and chorizo, set it aside.
- 5
On a plate, spread a layer of tortilla chips, top with the meat mixture, and pour hot nacho cheese sauce over the meat.
- 6
Finally, add sliced jalapeños to taste. Enjoy!
