  • Green bell pepper
  • Spring onion
  • Red bell pepper
  • Carrot
  • Garlic and Ginger
  • cubeMaggi
  • Pepper
  • Veg oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and slice veggies

    A picture of step 1 of White rice and veggies.
  2. 2

    Add veg oil in the pot, when it's hot add onions, ginger and garlic. Fry for 30sec. Add the veggies and keep frying, add spices, salt, pepper and stock cube

  3. 3

    Allow to steam for 2 min then serve at wt white rice and desired meat
