Mix all the flours and ingredients together except ghee and water. Then add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix well with hands. Add more ghee to get the crumbly flour. You should be able to hold the flour in shape. Then add some water and make a stiff dough. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal portions. Take one portion and make an oval stuff a bit of ghee in between and make a ball. Repeat with all portions.

Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Bake the baatis for 20 to 25 minutes. This step varies for microwaves so keep checking in between. Once done you grill them for 5 minutes. Remove and serve dipped in ghee with a dal of your choice. Enjoy
