Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1/2 teaspoonajwain
  4. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 cupboiled and grinded bathua
  6. 1/4 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take wheat flour 1-3/4. Add all spices.

    Add boiled and grinded bathua.

  3. 3

    Knead dough using water and keep aside for 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes take a ball from dough.

    Roll it.

    Apply a little oil in between

  7. 7

    Close it from edges.

    Roll it like roti. If needed apply dry wheat flour for dusting.

    Pour this to hot tawa.

  10. 10

    When one side is cooked flip and cook from other side.

    Apply one layer oil over paratha on both sides and cook it.

    Bathua paratha is ready, serve it with achar, butter, or tea.
