Take Desi ghee and roast light brown Sevayia. Add milk and boil continuously on low flame.

Stir continuously till then half of the milk add cardamom powder,Kesar,Desi khaand stir. Add condensed milk and dry fruit also mix well.

When it's colour look like rubbery off the gas. Garnish with silver Virk. Cool it in the fridge. Yummy and delicious kheer is ready on Eid festival.
