Steps

Boil Chana by adding salt, haldi and 1 tsp refined oil.

Make puree of tomato and ginger.

Take a wok, add refined oil, crackle heeng and jeera.

Now add tomato puree with all other spices. Cook till oil separates.

Then add Chana (water if required). Cook it for 15-20 mins. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Ready to serve.
