Easter Cheese Bread

In my home, it's not Easter without cheese bread. It's a tradition from the Marche and Umbria regions. My grandmother used to make it every year in large quantities, both for our home and to give as gifts to friends and family. She always started early in the morning, so when we woke up, the smell of the bread filled the house.

Steps
- 1
Crack the eggs and mix them with the oil and one cup of warm milk.
- 2
Add the grated cheeses, salt, and pepper. Dissolve the yeast in the other cup of warm milk and add it to the mixture.
- 3
Combine the flour and knead until you get a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for an hour in a slightly preheated oven.
- 4
Take the dough, divide it into two parts if you have two 750g molds, otherwise leave it whole if you have a 1kg mold. Add the diced cheese and let it rise for another hour.
- 5
Bake at 320°F for about 50 minutes.
