Ingredients

1 hr
10 servings
  • 1 cupflour
  • 2table spoons ghee
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 3table spoons water
  • 4table spoons sugar
  • Deep frying oil
  • Small comb(new set aside for cooking)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the flour and ghee together, kneed with the milk to a soft dough

    Make small balls

    Using the comb press one ball at a time on the comb

    And roll to pull outside the comb

    Press the sides using the comb to avoid pulling out when deep frying

    When they are all done heat the oil and deep fry them

    Remove from oil when they turn brown

    Boil the water and add the sugar to make a syrup and put all the vichanas in the syrup turning them so that all get the syrup

    When syrup has dried out, let it cool and enjoy
