Paste of ginger,garlic and Scott bonnet
To tasteMaggi
Oil
Juice of 1 lemon/lime
1/3 tspcurry powder
1/3 tspground white pepper
For garnishing:
2medium sliced tomatoes
slicesCucumber
1/2 cupchopped cabbage

In a rubber add in beef, curry, Maggi,ground white pepper,paste of ginger,garlic and Scott bonnet,lemon juice mix everything together, then put in the fridge to let it marinate for 3 hours

When marinated place on baking tray and bake until it's well cooked....enjoy yum yum
