Dice ur chicken breast into your desired shape

Add ur onion,garlic and ginger paste,you can use fresh ones,add ur seasonings,add about 1 tblspoon sesame oil,2 tblspoon oyster or soy sauce...put on heat pls DONT add water

And stir...the chicken will produce it's own juice in form of water and cook itself,stir every two mins...until the chicken dries up the water....

Once d water dries up.completely ur chicken is ready...pour into a bowl allow to chill...den keep in ur fridge...

When ur ready to eat salad just fetch a little add in ur bowl of salad...
