Steps

Clean cut the mutton pieces into medium size.

Grind together shallots,ginger, garlic,spices,and all powders into a coarse powder.

Marinate the mutton with the above paste and salt for 30 minutes.

Heat a 1 tbsp oil heat in pressure cooker.

Add the marinate mutton.

Pressure cook up to 4 whistles.

Heat oil a pan or in a kadhai.

Splutter mustard seeds.

Add chopped tomatoes and saute,still they soft.

Add the mutton to it cook,till the oil separates.

Mutton curry is ready.
