    Slice the plantain salt it,heat up vegetable oil and fry.

  2. 2

    Beat eggs add salt amd curry.heat up vegetable oil fry diced onion and fresh pepper pour in the eggs to fry.allow it to fry then slice it to serve with the fried plantain.
