Mix ingredients and leave oats to soak so they have absorbed milk moisture. This might need to be overnight if the oats are soaking well.

Microwave for 2 mins so the biscuit is solid. Our microwave is 850w and I did it at 80% power to avoid the biscuit boiling over.

Leave to cool, cut and serve. We’ve served ours with almond butter.
