  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1/2 cupGhee
  • 3 tbspRaisins,Almonds, Cashew nuts, pistachio
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder

  1. 1

    Take a pan,put ghee into it then add broken Wheat into it.

    Mix it well,then add some water into it.

    Cook it until the Wheat absorb whole water.

    Add sugar,mix it well till the sugar melts.then add leftover ghee.

    Then after add raisins and chopped almonds,cashew nuts and pistachios.

    Then add cardamom powder into it and mix it well.serve it.
