Take a wok. Add desi ghee and roast seviyan till golden brown.

Take cooker, add desi ghee, now hing and ajwain. Crackle them. Also add onion and cook it till golden brown.

Now add all spices, tomato puree, capsicum, potato and javein with water.
- 4
Cover the lid. Give 1 whistle on high flame. Then cook for 5-7 mins on low flame. Ready to serve.
