Take maida, salt,oil,curd,baking soda and mix it.
Knead soft dough.
Keep it covered in a warm place for an hour or more. - 2
Now prepare filling...
Peel boiled potatoes.
Mash them.Add chopped onions,ginger,coriander leaves and chopped green chillies. - 3
Add lemon juice.Add all dry ingredients and mix well.

Now for Naan...
Take a ball of Maida dough.
Roll it with rolling pin.Apply ghee then fold it like envelope. - 5
Again roll it into round peda.Roll it again with rolling pin.

Stuff the potato mixture
Close it properly.
Roll it again. - 7
Spread kalonji,chopped coriander leaves,chopped chillies and roll it again.

Heat an electric tandoor.Grease the tray with butter.Place rolled naan over the tray.Heat for 7-8 minutes or until the naan gets little brown and crispy.

Apply some butter on the naan before serving.

Serve hot with green chutney,sweet chutney,Channas,pickles,chopped onions and raita of your choice.
