Knead all ingredients except oil, if required then only add water. Make soft dough

Roll the round thepla and roast it from both side by applying oil from both side.

Tadka curd:For tadka, take oil on bowl on low flame, once oil is hot give tadaka with seeds, add Asafetida, chilli, turmeric and curry leaves, then off the flame and pour this tadaka on curd.

Now serve this tadka curd and hot thepla. Healthy and simple option is ready to serve. Thanks
