I cup all-purpose flour
1/3 (1 cup)sugar
2ripe bananas
1/4 (1 tbs)baking soda
Cooking oil for deep-frying

Grid sugar with a blender and make it fine.

Add bananas and blend pour the mixture into a bowl.

Add flour and combine

Add baking soda and mix thoroughly.the dough is a bit sticky

Make balls

Put in hot oil and keep turning till evenly brown.minimize the heat so as it cooks inside.

Serve cold with your favorite drink.
