  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspHaldi
  • 1 tbspRoasted and crushed coriander
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1.5 cupBesan
  • water as required
  • 1 cupOnion chopped
  • 1cup Tomato chopped
  • 2tbspCoriander leaves
  • 4Green chili
  • 1 pinchBaking soda
  • Oil for frying

    Mix all ingredients in mince And leave for 1 hour now make Pakoras and deep fry in oil.
