Steps

Boil water in a vessel at high

Take a kadhai heat oil and add mustard seeds and Curry leaves and allow them to crackle

Put cashew nuts in it and fry till it turn light golden

Add onion and chilli and fry it for 2 minute.

Add raisin and semolina in it

Fry on low flame for 5 minutes

Now add hot water and stir constantly

Your upma is ready serve hot
